The Campaigns tab lets you manage the automated emails sent to your users from Property Intelligence.
These campaigns help you drive engagement, educate homeowners, and keep them coming back to your digital banking experience.
What Campaigns Do
Campaigns are automated email flows that target users at different stages of their journey - from discovering the feature to re-engaging with new updates or opportunities.
Each campaign shows:
Message Count: The number of emails in the sequence.
Cadence: Whether it’s a One Time or Recurring campaign.
Trigger: What user action or event starts the campaign.
Status: Whether it’s Live or Off.
You can also:
Preview the emails in desktop or mobile view.
Send a test email (available once email DNS settings are configured).
Toggle each campaign On or Off at any time.
Available Campaigns
Feature Announcement
Purpose: Introduces users to Property Intelligence who have logged in to their digital banking experience but haven’t added or verified their home details.
Cadence: Recurring
Trigger: User Created
Content: Highlights key benefits and encourages users to get started by verifying their home.
Welcome Series (Instant Access)
Purpose: Onboards users automatically enrolled by your financial institution (via your provided list).
Cadence: One Time (3 emails)
Trigger: Instant Access
Content: Walks users through what Property Intelligence offers and how to make the most of it.
Welcome Series (Sign Up)
Purpose: Guides users who manually opt in through setup, benefits, and next steps for engagement.
Cadence: One Time (3 emails)
Trigger: Sign Up
Content: Helps users understand the feature’s value and encourages continued interaction.
Home Value Change Alert
Purpose: Notifies users when their home value changes, prompting them to check in and stay engaged.
Cadence: Recurring
Trigger: Value Change
Content: Sends timely alerts that encourage users to log in and view updated equity insights.
Monthly Offer Summary
Purpose: Delivers a monthly snapshot of savings and loan opportunities based on each user’s active offers.
Cadence: Recurring
Trigger: Monthly
Content: Keeps users informed about relevant lending products and personalized opportunities.
Managing Campaigns
From the Campaigns tab, you can:
Toggle campaigns On or Off to control which ones are active.
Preview the email sequence in desktop or mobile view.
Send a test email to see how it looks before sending to real users (DNS settings must be complete).
💡 Tip: Keep your awareness and activation campaigns active year-round to ensure new users are always onboarded effectively.
