Accessing My Home Tracker

Every user begins their journey from the Home Banking Tile inside your digital banking interface.

1. Home Banking Tile

The tile appears directly on the member’s main dashboard and introduces homeowners to My Home Tracker with a clear value proposition: “Unlock your home’s potential”

User Actions

Members can take one of two actions from the tile:

  • Check my home value - Opens My Home Tracker and walks the user through either:

    • A verification flow (if your institution uses Opt-In enrollment), or

    • Immediate dashboard access (if Auto-Enroll is enabled).

  • I don’t own a home - Allows members who are not homeowners to dismiss the tile temporarily. Users see a customized Opt-Out message you can set up in your admin dashboard.

2. Verifying Your Home (Opt-In Users Only)

If your institution uses Opt-In enrollment, members will go through a simple, guided verification process the first time they use My Home Tracker.

  1. Enter Full Name – The user inputs their full name.

  2. Confirm Address – The member enters and selects their property address.

  3. Home Verification – Chimney checks the name against the property records. If the name matches the deed, the home is verified.

If we are not able to verify the home, the user is asked security questions to manually verify ownership.

Once verified, users immediately access their personalized My Home Tracker dashboard.

⚠️ Note: Instant Access (Auto-Enroll) users skip this step. Their dashboard is already active when they log in.
