Creating Offers

Updated over a week ago

The Offers feature in Property Intelligence lets you create personalized product promotions that appear directly in your users’ dashboards.

1. Go to Offers

From your Admin Dashboard, navigate to the Offers tab and click + New Offer .

This will open the offer builder, which includes two sections:

  • Details: where you set the product, content, and design.

  • Audience: where you choose who will see the offer.

2. Add Basic Details

Product Type

Select the relevant product type from the dropdown list (e.g., HELOC, Home Equity Loan, Mortgage Refinance, Credit Card, Personal Loan, etc.).

This helps categorize the offer to display it correctly in the user dashboard.

Headline

Enter a short, engaging title for your offer.

Example: “Unlock Your Home’s Equity with a HELOC”

Offer Description

Add a brief description explaining the product and its benefits.

Example: “A HELOC lets you borrow against your home’s equity as needed - like a credit card, but with lower rates.”

CTA Copy & URL

Customize the button text (e.g., Apply Now, Talk to a Loan Expert) and paste the link to your online application or landing page.

Disclaimer

Add any legal or disclosure text that should appear under the offer.

You can format this section with bold text, links, or bullet points as needed.

Highlights

Use this area to call out key details such as rates, terms, or loan amounts.

Each highlight has:

  • Label (e.g., Starting APR)

  • Description (e.g., 7.75%)

Click Add Term to include more.

As you build, you’ll see a live preview of the offer on the right side of the screen.

3. Set Your Audience

Click on the Audience tab to control who will see this offer.

Show to all users

Enable this to display the offer to every user in your Property Intelligence experience.

Home Borrowing Power required

Turn this on if the offer should only show to users who have a calculated borrowing power.

Custom Targeting

You can define more specific targeting rules:

  • Property State – Show or exclude users based on location.

  • LTV (Loan-to-Value) – Show offers based on a user’s LTV range.

For each rule, select whether the condition is or is not true, then add the matching criteria.

4. Review and Save

When you’ve finished configuring your offer:

  1. Review the live preview on the right to confirm everything looks correct.

  2. Click Save Draft to store your work, or Set Live to publish it immediately.

Once live, your offer will appear under the Offers section in users’ dashboards, ready for engagement.
