Performance Dashboard

The Performance Dashboard gives you a real-time look at how your members are engaging with Chimney Home. It highlights adoption, offer engagement, and lending influence all in one place.

This is the best view for understanding the overall impact of My Home Tracker across your digital banking channels.

All-Time Performance

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see two high-level metrics that will give you a quick snapshot of adoption and lending impact since launch.

Loans Influenced

A summary of members who enrolled in Chimney Home and later opened a loan with your institution after a defined launch date.

This gives your team a directional signal of the lending impact driven by engaged homeowners.

You can customize the loans counted by selecting:

  • Your launch date

  • All lender names your institution uses in credit reporting (e.g., “ABC Credit Union,” “ABC CU,” “ABC Federal CU”)

This configuration ensures we correctly match newly booked loans to your enrolled users. To adjust this, click Set Up Loans Influenced in the dashboard and save your selections.

Performance Snapshot

This chart shows how activity has trended over time. You can view:

  • Enrolled Users: The total number of members who have registered for Chimney Home.

  • Active Users: The number of enrolled members who’ve logged into your digital banking app at least once in the last 180 days.

  • Offer Clicks: How many times homeowners have clicked through to your loan offers.

Use the filter to view the data by days, weeks, months, or years, depending on how zoomed-in or zoomed-out you want to be. You can set up custom date ranges or export this data as a CSV file.

Clicks by Product Type

This breakdown shows which loan categories members are most interested in — for example:

  • HELOC

  • Home Equity Loan

  • Mortgage

  • Refinance

It’s a helpful way to understand which products are resonating based on real homeowner behavior.

Clicks by Offer

This section highlights the individual offers getting the most engagement.

You’ll see a bar chart showing each offer and its total clicks, making it easy to compare performance at a glance.

Recent Engagements

A real-time activity feed showing what your members are doing inside Chimney Home:

offer clicks, new registrations, loan exploration, and more.

This helps frontline and marketing teams understand what members are interested in right now.
