The Data Explorer gives you a detailed, row-by-row view of the members and properties inside Chimney Home along with every action they take.
It’s the best place to build audiences, export data, and understand how your members are engaging.
Data Explorer is split into two main sections:
All Users
Engagement
Each section can be filtered, customized, saved, and shared depending on what you need.
All Users Tab
The All Users tab shows every member who has appeared in your institution’s Chimney Home data since launch. With the default filter applied, it will show only members who have successfully enrolled in Chimney Home. You can remove or modify this filter at any time.
Filters
Click Filter rule → Add filter to build custom lists.
Filter by any property or user attribute, such as:
City / State / Zip
Verification status
Purchase date
Square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms
Loan-to-Value
Tax assessment year
Borrowing power
Owner occupancy
And dozens more
Filters support operators like: is exactly, greater than, between, is empty, is not empty, etc.
Columns
Use the Columns menu to show or hide fields such as:
Home value ranges
Address information
Owner-occupied status
Loan balance
Borrowing power
Purchase price
And many more property + user data attributes
You can rearrange columns and sort by any column heading.
Engagement Tab
The Engagement tab focuses on how members interact with Chimney Home; especially offers.
You can switch between different engagement modes:
Offer Engagement
Shows every action related to your offers, such as:
Offer clicks
Favorited offers
Viewed offers
By default, each row shows:
Which offer
What action was taken
Who took the action
When it happened
The CTA and destination URL
You can create filters, add/remove/rearrange columns and save these as views (e.g., “HELOC Call List”, “New Mortgage Leads”).
All Actions
This mode expands beyond offers and shows every interaction inside Chimney Home, including:
Checked Borrowing Power
Edited Home Facts
Updated Loan Info
Added New Loan
Clicked “Thinking of Selling”
Viewed Offer List
Any CTA click inside the dashboard
You can view this in two ways:
Total Actions: Aggregated counts for each action.
Individual Actions: A row for each action, showing:
Action name
Member name
Email
Timestamp etc.
Great for follow-up lists or identifying trends.
Exporting Data
Every table in Data Explorer (All Users, Offer Engagement, All Actions) can be exported via CSV.
Perfect for:
Marketing lists
Uploading into your CRM
Member outreach
Data analysis

If you build a list you want to reuse, click Create View → Save View.
