The New Reporting Dashboard lets you easily track, filter, and analyze your member and engagement data.

All User Data

The All User Data view provides a complete breakdown of your members and their property information.

Data Includes:

  • Member name and contact details

  • Property address

  • Current home value

  • Total equity

  • Borrowing power

  • Loan details (if available)

Best Practice Example:

  • Filter: All users with borrowing power greater than $25,000

  • Why: Quickly identify members who may qualify for a home equity loan or line of credit.

  • How to Use: Save this filter for recurring campaigns.

Use the “Add filters” button to create targeted views. Saved filters appear at the top for quick access.


All Engagement Data

The All Engagement Data view displays how members interact with your offers and CTAs.

Data Includes:

  • Offer clicks (including date and frequency)

  • Offer favorites

  • CTA actions taken

Filtered to show total clicks by offer, making it easy to see which offers generate the most engagement.

Why This Helps: Could you identify your top-performing offers and adjust marketing efforts accordingly?

  • Use this to track trends, identify seasonal peaks, and set engagement benchmarks.


Saved Filtered View with Details

This saved view shows detailed click activity for specific offers, including date, offer type, and CTA used.

Why This Helps: Saved filters allow you to quickly revisit important segments without having to rebuild the criteria each time.

  • See how many clicks each Offer received last month, or in the previous six months, etc.

  • See the breakdown of exactly who clicked each Offer and when, so that you can run campaigns.


Engagement Totals

  • The Engagement Totals view gives a quick, high-level snapshot of all engagement activity across your member base.

Best Practice:

  • See how each offer compares to the others in all-time performance.
