Awareness Campaigns

Feature Announcement

Purpose: Announce feature availability and drive member enrollment.

Description:
A two-part campaign that introduces members to My Home Tracker and reminds them to activate if they haven’t yet. Emails highlight the feature’s value, show key benefits, and encourage activation.

How It Works:

  • Sent to members who have logged into online banking but haven’t yet enrolled.

  • Two emails are delivered over a 60-day period.

  • Each message reinforces the value of enrolling and provides a clear next step.

Details:

  • Total Emails: 2

  • Cadence: Spread over 60 days

  • Trigger: User created but not enrolled

  • Goal: Steadily increase awareness and drive sign-ups without additional lift from your team.

Activation Campaigns

Goal: Get users started with education to drive future engagement.

Welcome Series (Instant Access & User Opt In)

Purpose: Onboard users who sign up (note there are two campaigns for Instant Access and Users who opt in themselves)

Description:
A three-part series guiding members through the platform’s core value, helping them get the most from their instant access.

How It Works:

  • Once a user is enrolled

  • Walks through benefits, setup, and next steps for engagement.

Details:

  • Total Emails: 3

  • Cadence: One-time

  • Trigger: Instant Access

  • Goal: Build understanding and encourage early platform use.

Conversion Campaigns

Goal: Encourage action with timely alerts and personalized offers.

Home Value Change Alert

Purpose: Keep members informed when their home value shifts.

Description:
An automated notification triggered by real-time valuation updates, reminding members to monitor their dashboard.

How It Works:

  • Uses Automated Valuation Models (AVMs).

  • Sends an email whenever a home value update is detected.

Details:

  • Total Emails: 1 per update (typically monthly)

  • Cadence: Recurring

  • Trigger: Value Change

Monthly Offer Summary

Purpose: Deliver ongoing, personalized financial opportunities.

Description:
A monthly digest of tailored loan and savings offers based on each member’s profile.

How It Works:

  • Sent once per month.

  • Includes relevant product offers with direct calls-to-action.
