  • How it Works:

    • Delivered as a three-part email series over six days.

    • Day 1: Provides an introduction to My Home Tracker, encouraging users to unlock the full potential of their home.

    • Day 3: Educates homeowners on using Chimney Estimate™ to monitor their home’s value.

    • Day 5: Explains how homeowners can leverage their home’s equity for financial opportunities.

  • Total Emails: 3

  • Trigger: Sent immediately after sign-up.

  • Goal: Build user familiarity and excitement, driving long-term engagement.

This series is an essential step in onboarding new users, helping them understand the value of the platform and setting a strong foundation for future interactions.

2. Home Value Changes

Staying informed about their home’s market value is crucial for homeowners, and Chimney Home’s notifications make it effortless.

  • Purpose: Keeps homeowners updated when their property value changes, providing timely market insights.

  • How it Works:

    • Notifications are automatically triggered when home value updates occur, powered by Automated Valuation Models (AVMs).

    • Emails encourage users to log in and view their updated home value, keeping them connected to their property’s financial performance.

  • Total Emails: 1 per update (typically monthly).

  • Trigger: AVM-generated changes to property values.

  • Goal: Strengthen user connection with their home and encourage regular platform usage.

3. Mortgage Refinance Alerts

Chimney Home simplifies the often-complicated refinance process by alerting users when market conditions work in their favor.

  • How it Works:

    • Alerts are triggered when a user’s current mortgage rate is higher than competitive market rates.
