What is My Home Tracker?
My Home Tracker is a fully integrated, white-labeled property tracking experience designed for banks and credit unions.
It gives account holders access to personalized home insights, lending offers, and educational guidance without ever leaving your app or online banking portal.
With My Home Tracker, members can:
Instantly view their home’s current value and equity.
Explore borrowing power and available loan products.
Receive personalized recommendations to make informed financial decisions.
What’s on the Platform
Once users access their full dashboard, they’ll find a complete, data-rich view of their home and financial opportunities.
Home Value Tracking
Chimney Estimate (AVM): A proprietary automated valuation model updated monthly.
Estimated Sales Range: Provides a high-low estimate range based on current market data.
Home Equity Insights
Total Equity: Shows how much of the home’s value the member owns.
Borrowing Power: Displays estimated available equity for HELOCs or home loans.
Personalized Offers
Displays dynamic lending offers (e.g., HELOC, refinance, mortgage, insurance) tailored to each user’s home value, equity, and financial profile.
Offers include product names, rates, loan types, and CTAs like Apply Now or Talk to a Loan Expert.
Education & Guidance
Built-in educational content explains key financial terms, borrowing strategies, and homeownership insights.
Recommendations guide users toward next steps such as refinancing, leveraging equity, or exploring offers.
Editing Home Details
Homeowners can easily adjust or correct their property information at any time to ensure accuracy.
From the dashboard:
Select your home in the right hand corner and click “Edit” next to your address.
Update sections such as home facts and purchase details.
Save changes to refresh insights and property data.
✅ Tip: Encourage users to review their home details annually to maintain the most accurate valuation and insights.
Managing Multiple Homes
Members who own multiple properties can easily track more than one home within My Home Tracker.
Adding a Another Home
Select the dropdown in the right hand corner and click “Add Home”
Enter the address and verify ownership (if required).
Once confirmed, the new home appears in their property list.
Primary vs. Non-Primary Homes
The Primary Address is highlighted on the dashboard.
Non-Primary Homes can be switched or managed at any time using the dropdown menu in the right hand corner and clicking “Edit”.
Removing Homes from My Home Tracker
To remove a property:
Select the dropdown menu in the right hand corner and click “Edit”.
Make sure the home you want to remove is not the primary address.
Click “Archive”.
This gives homeowners full control over their data while keeping their experience accurate and personalized.
