If You Know Your Current Password

  1. Log in to your Chimney account.

  2. Hover over your name in the bottom left corner and select “Manage Account”.

  3. Here, you'll be able to update your password by entering your current password followed by the new password you wish to set.

If You Have Forgotten Your Password

  1. On the login page, click “Forgot Password”.

  2. You'll be asked to enter the email address associated with your Chimney account.

  3. A recovery email will be sent to you; click the link provided in the email to reset your password.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues during the password reset process, please contact our support team at [email protected]. We can assist by generating a temporary password, allowing you to log in and set a new password.
