Resetting Your Password
If You Know Your Current Password
- Log in to your Chimney account.
- Hover over your name in the bottom left corner and select “Manage Account”.
- Here, you'll be able to update your password by entering your current password followed by the new password you wish to set.
If You Have Forgotten Your Password
- On the login page, click “Forgot Password”.
- You'll be asked to enter the email address associated with your Chimney account.
- A recovery email will be sent to you; click the link provided in the email to reset your password.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues during the password reset process, please contact our support team at support@chimney.io. We can assist by generating a temporary password, allowing you to log in and set a new password.
