Getting started with Chimney Home
Expected Timeline
Onboarding typically takes 30 to 60 days from the first kickoff call to launch. The process can be expedited to 30 days with proactive coordination.

- Dedicated Onboarding Resource: A Client Success lead will be assigned for 90 days post-kickoff to ensure a smooth implementation and launch strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities
Four key onboarding phases
1. Kickoff
This first phase is all about information gathering, setting expectations and aligning on key dates to ensure an on time launch.
- Complete the Onboarding Intake Form ahead of your kick off call.
- Align roles, responsibilities, and key stakeholders.
- Schedule key dates and target go live
- Chimney will also provide access to your staging Admin account.
2. Configuration
The configuration phase is an important step to ensure your account, offers and home equity criteria is set up the way you want it. This step is an important precursor to doing any testing in your banking app.
- Set up account branding and settings (Chimney Admin Overview).
- Validate home equity settings (Home Borrowing Power Configuration).
- Finalize email configurations (Email Configuration Settings).
- Set up your offers (Offers Overview)
3. Testing & Planning
The testing an planning phase is where we test the integration, experience and get final approvals from stakeholders to go live.
- Complete user acceptance testing (UAT) checklist.
- Submit all launch critical feedback.
- Get final stakeholder approval.
4: Go Live
Now for the exciting part - launch! This phase is where we put the finishing touches on the launch plan and begin to execute.
- Confirm production environment is working
- Chimney to provide access to your production Admin account.
- Turn Chimney Home on for users!
