Here we will review how to make updates the individual calculators in your account - edit the title and subtitle, setup CTAs, customize labels, rates, and values on your calculators.

Change Brand Settings for a Calculator

• Step 1: Go to the manage calculator screen.
  • Here you will find a list of all your calculators.

• Step 2: Locate the calculator you would like to edit.
• Step 3: Click "Edit" for the selected calculator.

• Step 4: Customize the calculator settings under “brand settings” and “title and subtitle”:
  • Update the color scheme to align with your brand.
  • Modify the title and subtitle copy to reflect your desired messaging. (Note: If you would like to to hide your title and/or subtitle, you can do so by leaving this section blank and no title will show up. This way you can leverage your CMS or web team to pair the calculator with additional copy).

• Step 5: To see the updates you're making as you go, click the "Preview" button in the upper right corner of the screen.
  • You can click “share” to generate a link to send to your team members on the preview screen.

• Step 6: Click “save and set live” under the respective section for each change.

Set up CTA Buttons for a Calculator

• Step 1: Go to the manage calculator screen.
  • Here you will find a list of all your calculators.

• Step 2: Locate the calculator you would like to edit.
• Step 3: Click "Edit" for the selected calculator.

• Step 4: Customize the calculator settings under “customize calls to action”:
  • Determine the primary and secondary CTAs’ text, link and colors.
  • Add UTM parameters if desired.
• Step 5: To see the updates you're making as you go, click the "Preview" button in the upper right corner of the screen.
  • You can click “share” to generate a link to send to your team members on the preview screen.

• Step 6: Click “save and set live” under the CTA section.

Customize the rates, labels, values and tooltips

• Step 1: Go to the manage calculator screen.
  • Here you will find a list of all your calculators.

• Step 2: Locate the calculator you would like to edit.
• Step 3: Click "Edit" for the selected calculator.

• Step 4: Click “advanced customization”:
  • Follow the fields to customize the rates, labels, default values, dropdown options and tooltips

• Step 5: To see the updates you're making as you go, click the "Preview" button in the upper right corner of the screen.
  • You can click “share” to generate a link to send to your team members on the preview screen.

• Step 6: Click “save and set live” under the “advanced customization” section.

Edit the Disclaimer Language on a Calculator

If you need to use a different disclaimer on a given calculator than the one set on your general brand settings, you can follow these steps:

• Step 1: Go to the manage calculator screen.
  • Here you will find a list of all your calculators.

• Step 2: Locate the calculator you would like to edit.
• Step 3: Click "Edit" for the selected calculator.

• Step 4: Customize the legal text, terms of use and copyright as needed.
• Step 5: Click “save and set live” under the disclaimer language section.
