The Chimney Home Admin Platform serves as the central control hub for managing your integration, settings, and branding. It allows financial institutions to customize their users' experience, monitor performance, and manage product offers in real-time. Below is a structured overview of the platform's key features:
Key Features of the Admin Platform
1. Staging and Production Instances
The platform includes both staging and production environments to ensure an easy transition from testing to going live.
- Staging: For testing and configuring new features during the testing stage.
- Production: This should be your primary platform to prepare for launch and after launch.
2. Manage your Offers
The Offers Page is your main workspace for managing the product offers that are presented to homeowners. Key functionalities include:
- Create New or Edit Existing: Add new products such as HELOC, mortgage refinance, and more.
- Set Offer Priority: To prioritize your offers, simply drag the offer from the left column up or down
- Offer Details and Targeting: View and modify the offer name, product type, and targeting rules.
- Publishing Status: Publish or disable offers instantly based on current promotions or strategies.
3. Account Settings
The Settings Page includes all customization and team management options:
- Company Profile: Manage your organization’s details, including contact info.
- Team Management: Add or remove team members and adjust permissions.
- Email Settings: Configure email domains and templates for customer communication.
